We bridge the gap between the high-altitude volcanic soils of Mt. Kenya and the world's most discerning roasters.
Maytac International Partners Limited is not just an exporter; we are your direct link to the farmer.
Founded in Nairobi, we specialize in sourcing high-quality Arabica coffee directly from cooperatives in Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Kiambu, Murang'a and other counties in the country. Our mission is to bypass unnecessary middlemen, ensuring farmers get better pay while you get fresher beans.
We handle all logistics, from the mill to the port of Mombasa, ensuring your container arrives in Europe with all necessary documentation.
Strictly graded by the Kenya Coffee Bureau standards.
Screen size 18+. The largest beans with the highest oil content. Expect bold, wine-like acidity and blackcurrant notes.
A mix of A (screen 16) and B (screen 15) beans. Known for being well-balanced with bright citrus acidity.
A natural mutation where a single bean absorbs all nutrients. Highly prized for its concentrated, complex flavor.
Our rigorous "Fully Washed" process ensures the cleanest cup profile.
Quality begins on the tree. Our partner farmers hand-pick only the deep red, ripe cherries. This selective picking ensures high sugar content and consistent flavor.
Within 24 hours of harvest, cherries are pulped to remove the skin. The beans then undergo fermentation for 12-24 hours to break down the mucilage.
The washed parchment coffee is laid out on raised African drying beds. This allows air to circulate freely. The beans are turned regularly until they reach 10.5% - 11.5% moisture.
Green beans are polished and gravity-graded by size (AA, AB, PB) and density. They are packed in GrainPro bags inside jute sacks, ready for shipment to Europe.
